Hi Dave. Eagerly awaiting your return with your latest album. A Die-hard fan since the release of your first album 1990. The song that absolutely blew my socks and had me running to play the guitar was what I thought to be ‘Atomic Chaser.” On the Noise CD release only 8 tracks were listed and 1990 was just the one song; not Part 1 and Part 2 as it is now listed on your website with 9 songs in total. So, Atomic Chaser was listed as song number 4 and was 5:20 in duration. Can you confirm that it is indeed ‘Forgotten Souls?”
Hi Dinesh, thanks for your message & support and glad I could be of some inspiration, in answer to your question – ‘Forgotten Souls’ is track 3 (5.20) & ‘Atomic Chaser’ is track 4 (4.21) this would be the order if ‘1990’ was all one part. However, if you split ‘1990’ into 2 parts (I & II) then just move everything up one place or another way is just to go by timing for which ‘Forgotten Souls’ is indeed 5.20! Regards, Dave

As I said previously, your Trucker track is my personal favorite song for guitar I have ever heard. Your phrasing and legato runs blow me away.
What can I say, but I would love to study guitar with you if and when you decide to do so.

Of course I remember you! … your band Stiff Kitty play some pretty mean classic rock as I recall. I’m glad you like the new website & thanks so much for the kind words on Trucker, for the time being in terms of studying guitar we will be launching a series of vids next year on my youtube channel, all will have accompanying tabs to help break down some of those tricks n’ licks, and no doubt there will be some emphasis on some of those legato runs you like so much! hope that’s ok for now, Regards Dave
